I recently received certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist with a special emphasis on pregnancy and infant loss.
I am the mother of two earthly daughters and one angel daughter. My husband and I are raising our girls in Mandan, ND in a historic home that was build in 1903. I love things that are vintage and timeless. I find my peace each day through yoga, meditative practice, and spending time in nature. I have completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training and level III Reiki attunement. I embrace holistic healing modalities and blend these practices into my sessions with client request.
In the summer, you can find me out on my kayak as often as I can be. I feel most at peace when I am slowing down and fully experiencing my life. I have a dream of moving to the country so I can live close to nature and experience the simplicity of a slower-paced lifestyle each day. I find my passion each day knowing that I have the privilege to share in some of the most special and intimate moments with my clients. Counseling is not just a vocation for me, it really is my calling in life. I cannot wait to have the honoring in sharing these moments with you!
